[SoC] GSoC weekly report 14 ( Astronomical image processing plug-in for Opticks)

Hi

This is the last weekly report of my GSoC project

In this week, I write the help document for my plug-in and performed some
more tests for the plug-in. I fixed some minor bugs existing in the code.

Also I create the final installation package so that the application can
install the extension
