Things to do before mid-term evaluation:

1) Develop automated radon detection plug-in that has very few false alarm.
This will be done using Tisham's local focus of transform from the
heading/positional information given by the ship near the wake.

2) Develop plug-in to calculated velocity after the previous step has been
completed for certain ranges.
