If you need Makefile assistance, I can try to help.

We may decide together which parts of the code need
documentation. For example
 resampl = 'NEAREST_NEIGHBOR'
should be explained since there are also other methods
available in MRT (reason is that their cubic convolution
resampling tends to overshoot at cloud borders and that
the QA quality bitpattern maps must be NN resampled to
not scramble the bitpatterns :)
