[SoC] Enhancing Geoserver Authentication - Second Report

This week I spent my time for studying the XStream library. XStream  
will be used to serialize and deserialize user/groups/roles. This will  
be the geoserver out of the box solution.

XML Schema files are also available to make editing the xml files easier.
