[SoC] Weekly Report 3 : PyOssim Project

Hi,

I have updated the page for PyOSSIM project. I finished reading the
documentation and dived into some of the OSSIM-SWIG interface. I coded
a Python-SWIG interface for the newly committed ossimjni branch. I am
still in the process of compilation and testing it.
