[SoC] Week 4 Summary: Ship Detection Algorithms

Hello,

This is my summary for week 4. This week was experimental and I tried to
implement the Hough transform and the Radon transform. I have managed to do
the Radon transform, but some scaling issues on the pixels would need to be
addressed.
