[SoC] Weekly Report 4 : PyOSSIM

Hi,

I have updated the page for PyOSSIM project. I fixed most of the
issues that were occurring in the building of ossimjni-Python
interface. Only one is left and should be solved soon. Since Massimo
will be out for most part of the week, I plan to focus on diving more
into the oms.i file, which is the existing OSSIM-Java wrapper
interface, and start Pythonizing it. Also on the agenda is reading and
learning about Python distutils for integration later on.
