[SoC] Week 5 Summary: Ship Detection Algorithms

Hello All,

I have successfully implemented the Radon Transform for ship wake detection
in Opticks. The transform can detect ship wakes around target ship pixels.
Using this, a ship velocity can be detected by the azimuth shift.

I have also implemented some pre-processing techique to better the S/N ratio
of the resultant radon transform.

Things to do:

1) Automate the steps invovled in ship wake detection
2) Calculate velocity of ship using equation of line and azimuth shift
equation.
