[SoC] Opticks GSoc Mentor

I am a core developer on Opticks and participated as a mentor and org
admin for Opticks last year (when Opticks participated as a standalone
org).  I would like to be a mentor this year as well, now that we are
participating under the OSGeo umbrella.
