[SoC] Update on project : Photography processing tools for Opticks

Hello everyone,

Just a day after I submitted my weekly report  #1 , I am able to solve some
of my major problems till now.
Hence, I am able to finish off automatic white correction plugin which works
for both 8-bit as well as 16-bit images.

The detailed report will be included in the weekly report #2.
