[SoC] Slot Allocations

Mentors/Potential mentors,

As you may or may not have seen, the GSoC mentors list is abuzz with a
deadline for organization administrators. Slot requests need to be in by
19:00 UTC April 10 (tomorrow!).

I know how many slots I would like to request for Opticks and will
happily send them to an OSGeo org admin upon request. I would post them
here, but this is a public list, and I am not sure if I am allowed (per
GSoC rules) to post such information publicly...
