[SoC] OSM and Neo4j in uDig - GSoC Report, Week 11

Hello everyone,

*What did I do this week?*

   - Progressed on the OSM Routing Importer:
   https://github.com/GretaCB/Routing-Project/tree/master/neo4j/src/main/java/org/neo4j/neo4j
   - Successfully implemented shortest path method!!

*What will I be working on next week?*

   - Have to discuss with my mentor...if the API is ready for a beta
   test...start on the uDig plugin?
   - Update my project website!

*Did I meet with any stumbling blocks?*

   - Taking longer than expected, and falling way behind schedule.
