[SoC] Image Segmentation - GRASS - GSoC report #13

Hi all,

Final GSoC report for this project... I'm behind on my reading and
didn't realize we would have a report for the final week.

I worked on code clean up and manual writing this week, so it is in
good shape for a "final" version that others can easily read.  Image
segmentation is a big task, so it is a bit strange to call it the
final version, especially since I plan to continue adding new
features.  What exists is bug free in our testing, and does a good job
of segmenting images.

A big thanks to Anne for organizing the OSGeo GSoC participation,
Google for supporting the projects, and especially all the mentors who
provided invaluable advice during the summer.
