[SoC] QGIS Symbology Improvements - Weekly Report 2

Hello,

What I did this week?
The map symbols were previously put together in the XML file, and any
new symbol created was also inserted into the XML file. this proved a
bit of constraint. Hence I designed a SQL Schema to accommodate the
symbols from the XML and the related meta-data. Wrote a Python Script
for converting the XML to the SQLite DB.

What am I going to do next week?
I feel short of my target of porting the entire QgsStyle class code
which deals with the XML to deal with SQLite. I would complete it by
the weekend and start designing UIs as mentioned in the Proposal
target list.

How was I held up?
My college semester holidays have started, and I had to move to a new
city to undertake a training program. This procedures, moving and
settling down took about 4 days and hence couldn't find time to code.
But the weekend should be able help me compensate lost time.
