[SoC] Mentoring organisation application - call for review

Pierre,
Everyone on this list if from OSGeo (The org, not the office - we don't
have one). Anne is a volunteer (Like everyone else here) that comes to
us from the QGIS project (primarily) and I believe was a student in a
previous year's run of Summer of Code.
