[SoC] Opticks Mentor for GSoC 2013

I have mentored for the Opticks project the last 3 years.  The experience
has been great and the people at Ball Aerospace are good people to work
with.  I use the software in a remote sensing class I teach at American
River College and have written some papers/presentations on Opticks and its
use in the classroom as well as a "how to" guide for a previous
release...see my personal website below.
