[SoC] Weekly Report #9 : Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks.

Hi all,
My 9th weekly report is as follows :

   1. *Work Done* : Completed cloud detection and removal module and
   integrated in the plugin
   2. *Problems faced *: None till now.
   3. *Work to be done next week* : Testing of the pug in.
