[SoC] Java Surface Model Library/API For GeoTools

Weekly Report:

This past week I have completed the following tasks:

- Completed testing the org.geotools.jtinv2.main package.

And now for this weeks tasks:

I sent out an email regarding the following the next phase of my work on
the project.

While waiting for feedback I will work with my mentor to push the code to
the GeoTools main repository.
