[SoC] weekly report #11 : "Object based Image Fusion and Change Detection tools for Opticks."

Hi all,
Here is my 11th weekly report :

   1. *Work Done* : Tried to improve the missing data filling algorithm and
   tweak it for more data, but all attempts failed.The algorithm only works
   for only clouds, that too on only LANDSAT 5 data.
   2. *Problems faced* : Not able to remove atmospheric effects from the
   image, only clouds are getting detected in the image. That too LANDSAT 5
   data only.
   3. *Work to be done *: Documentation and code cleaning.A robust testing
   of all the plug in over various systems
