[SoC] GSoC Weekly Report #6 - Create a title block from the library in the Layout of gvSIG

Hi all,

this is the summary of the 6th week:


• What did I do this week?
- It was more difficult than I thought, but I definitely solved the bugs of
opening a title block, this task occupied almost all the week. So I had not
too much time to create the library of title blocks.

• What will I be working on next week?
- I will finish on creating a library of title blocks and, if I have time,
I want to improve the way of opening and saving the title blocks.

• Did I meet with any stumbling blocks?
Already not.
