[SoC] gvSIG Weekly Report #2 - "Add Raster Support to scripting in gvSIG"

Hi all,

     *What did i do this week?*

   - I set up the development environment required for scripting extension
   but not for the entire gvsig project.
   - I have gone through the notes provided by my mentor about the project.
   - I accessed the raster layers from the scripting framework and
   displayed them in the view.
   - I tried defining the API for basic data access methods.


    *What i plan to do during next week?*

   - Define the API for complete raster data access and processing.
   - Implement the API for basic raster data access.


     *Did i face any problems?*

   - Not much. The built-in examples provided for the scripting framework
   have some bugs which killed some time.
