[SoC] GSoC mentor proposal -- gvSIG

Hi All!
my name is Daniel Gastón and I'd like to volunteer as a mentor a for a 
gvSIG mini project [0][1].

The purposed project consists mainly in integrating OGR library into 
gvSIG Mini getting access therefore to a full range of transformations 
and operations quite demanded by the gvSIG Mini community.
