[SoC] Resource Sharing in QGIS - Weekly report #13

Hello,

What I did this week?

In qgis-django:[0]
- fixed a few bugs in the code
- adapted the list.xml view code to suit for downloading by sending the
"pk" as id to the client

In QGIS:[1]
- made the remote style browser more usable by including tag based
filtering and name based filtering.
- expanded the QgsStyleResource support the id field in
QgsLayerStyleMetadata class
- removed the redundant functionality of symbol browsing from symbol
import/export dialog as it has been integrated into the symbol manager
directly.

What I plan to do the next week?

Talk with my mentor and figure out the improvements and enhancements that
can be done. And add some documentation to the wiki[2].
