[SoC] Evaluation time, two days remain :)

Hi,

just a gentle reminder that mentors and students have a little over two
days to get your evaluation in on Melange. Do it now or start getting
the automated nasty-grams!

If you are unsure of what to do, fill in as much of the review as you
can (it allows you to come back to it later and change things), enter a
preliminary result, and do feel free to email your friendly osgeo
admins with your concerns or thoughts & keep us in the loop. If you are
a co-mentor and your partner mentor isn't available, by all means please
get in contact with us as well!

These are not loose deadlines, they take them very seriously.
