[SoC] Quantum GIS -> QGIS

Hi,

Looking at the OSGeo page on GSOC [1], I noticed that Quantum GIS is 
mentioned. However, it was decided, that QGIS shall be used instead of 
Quantum GIS (since release 2.0 if I don't mix up things).

It would be nice if somebody could correct the name on this page.
