[SoC] Availability for mentoring

Hi all,

I would like to mentor for the project automatic georeferencer listed in
the GDAL ideas page[1]. It is actually an extension of previous year's
project. The extended ideas were a result of discussions between the
student, Kshitij Kansal, and I. We got a lot of ideas from the gdal-dev
community.
