[SoC] GSoC 2014 Weekly Report 7 : GDAL PostGIS Raster driver

 Hi,

Below is my seventh weekly report and link to the revised project timeline.

*What did I do this week?*

   - Implemented calls from IRasterIO to the methods which are writing the
   query.
   - I have decided to work on the overviews later on when the rest of the
   code cycle is working fine.

*What do I plan on doing next week?*

   - Continue to modify IRasterIO method to be able to call different
   methods depending on the query to be executed and handle different sized
   raster regions.

*Am I blocked on anything?*

   - I am blocked with the overviews and will continue working on them
   later.
