[SoC] GSoC ScribeUI week 8

Good Friday all,

I skipped a report last week as work advanced very little.

*Work done this week:*
Lots of advancement in the refactoring! It's going to be one huge, dirty
commit, as this isn't really divisible in simpler tasks. Everything is
moved everywhere, but the new structure makes a lot of sense. More than the
last, at least. No more functions.js or init,js, we now have a ScribeUI.js
that does a bit of initialising, and UI.js takes care of all the UI-related
functions, which were scattered between functions, workspace and map. I put
everything in a namespace, which got rid of most global variables.

*Work to be done next week:*
I still have a few bugs caused by all the changes I did, I'll fix them and
then start going down the issue list. We have reached our 100th bug report
(yay?) and I'll start with this one, and then other graphical or very
visual bugs first.

*Blockers:*
No bug really blocked me (which is surprising since every change I made
broke everything at the time)
