[SoC] Neo4j Spatial Cypher GSoC Week 9 Report

What did I accomplish this week?
* Updated Intersects function implementation to take the Spatial layer name as a parameter. This allows
for conversion of node/string parameters to Geometry using the GeometryEncoder specific to that layer.
* Received my Coursera Statement of Accomplishment for the Scala course: https://twitter.com/lyonwj/status/489518834626199553 :-)

What will I do next week?
* Continue with adding additional Spatial querying functionality
