Good friday all,

*Work done this week:*
Bugfixes! I fixed the multiple group reordering bug, which was not exactly
critical, but highly ugly. I also finally got around to fix the main
secondary editor issue in chrome, which was a true blocker. Fixed the
broken links to mapserver docs while I was at it.
I also started looking at the fact that the scrollbar doesn't follow the
cursor in the top editor, which is annoying.

*Work to be done next week: *
I still have to fix #21 and the scroll/cursor bug ( #56 ) before looking at
the others.
