[SoC] "Gsoc weekly report 6": Implement sp-gist clustering in PostGIS and cartoDB

Hi all,

*What I got done this week?*

Worked on making the sp-gist indexing work on a postGIS database.

*What do I plan on doing next week?*

Work on building the storage type for access method "sp-gist"

*Am I blocked on anything?*

Earlier was stuck on building the module but with the community discussions
it was resolved. Now stuck on getting a proper storage type for the access
method "spgist"
