[SoC] GSoC 2014 - Opticks - Proposal submission

Hello to everyone,

I'm Roberta Ravanelli, an environmental engineer and a first year PhD
student at the Geodesy and Geomatics Division of the University of Rome "La
Sapienza".
I would like to participate in  the GSoC 2014 program with Opticks: my idea
is to develop a Plug-In for the building roof segmentation for LiDAR point
cloud data, implementing the RANSAC and the PCA algorithms.
