[SoC] OSM: Changeset discussion project - Report 1

Hi,
I'm sorry for submitting this report after deadline, but I had no idea
about OSGeo SoC list. You can find "wiki" page for my project at

> What did you get done this week?

   - implemented model of ChangesetComment
   - made it possible to subscribe to changeset comments via API
   - reimplemented changeset xml read view
   - wrote some unit tests

> What do you plan on doing next week?

   - read existing views code
   - start to implement views for already created actions

> Are you blocked on anything?
No.
