Hi Luca, all,

I included ICA-OSGeo Labs list as this program looks closer to academic
pursuits than GSoC.

My feeling is that it is interesting. It makes sense that OSGeo
participates as a single umbrella org like in GSoC - but note that I am
currently not able to administer this program, as I am still dealing
with GSoC 2014 final steps. Someone from GSoC mentors team, or
ICA-OSGeo Labs teams, wishes to take the lead on this?
Another idea is to let OSGeo software participate on their own, that
means finding an admin for each one.

Best
Anne
