[SoC] Report 9 - Integration of GDAL utilities into GDAL core library

Hi,

This week I completed the following tasks.

    - c api of gdalwarp
    - swig bindings for gdalwarp
    - tests for librarified gdalwarp
    - started working on ogr2ogr

Next week, I have planned to complete the following tasks.

    - improve the documentation of librarified gdalinfo, gdal_translate and
gdalwarp.
    - make progress with ogr2ogr
