[SoC] GSoC 2016

Hi all,

My name is Avyav Kumar, and I am a student at BITS Pilani Goa Campus,
India. I'll be working for GDAL/OGR to incorporate TIN, Polyhedral Surface
and Triangle in the existing OGR Geometry and introduce support for select
drivers.
