[SoC] Week-11 WebGrass

Hi everyone,

I am Mayank Agrawal and I am working on webgrass.

my report for the week 11

Q. What did you get done this week?

   - output tab made like the grass desktop
   - run mechanism changed
   - flags are handled in command
   - commands are running properly
   - commands output coming in the output tab
   - existence if file checking is made more efficient
