[SoC] GSoc: Report 11 - transiTime QuickStart application

Hi all,

Here is my report for this week,

1)-What did you get done this week?

Webapp now uses correct apikey for api calls.

Map in the Webapp now works.

We now have a working gtfs realtime vehicle location feed. Thanks to
Sheldon Brown, and SoundTransit for supplying this. This will be the new
default data used in the transiTimeQuickStart.

Added an exception panel that will show when an exception occurs in
starting transiTimeQuickStart.

Added opening webapp in default browser from output panel.

2)-What do you plan on doing next week?

Change the config file used from transiTimeconfig.xml to
transitime.properties file.

Implement the solution to allow transiTimeQuickStart to run as a .jar

Document in javadocs the transiTimeQuickStart Code.

3)-Are you blocked on anything?

Not at the moment.
