[SoC] Writing new geometries for OGR and integrating them in existing drivers for GDAL

Hi all,

What did you get done this week?
This week, I read up (a lot!) on DXF and finally exposed Polyface Mesh as a
PolyhedralSurface.

What do you plan on doing next week?
Documentation as well as testing of DXF.

Are you blocked on anything?
No
