[SoC] Introduction of new geometries to OGR API for GDAL

Hi all,

What did you get done this week?
I had completed TIN with tests but as it turned out, OGC SFA and PostGIS
didn't have the same specs. So I had to refactor some code and now PostGIS
is performing as expected (to the tests I have conducted so far)

What do you plan on doing next week?
Continuation of PostGIS driver and starting the work on Shapefile driver.

Are you blocked on anything?
Not right now.
