[SoC] Introducing new Geometry API in OGR core for GDAL - Weekly Report

Hi all,
Here is my report for Week 5 -

What did you get done this week?
I wrote the TIN API and improved the PolyhedralSurface API after
consultation with my mentors.

What do you plan on doing next week?
I have more or less completed the TIN API, so after fine-tuning the TIN API
I plan to start PostGIS support for the APIs I had written previously.

Are you blocked on anything?
Nope.
