[SoC] Report 5 - istSOS Android Client

Hello everyone,

The first part of my GSoC is to develop *Java core library, *which will
expose the communication with the* istSOS WA REST* interface.

*What did you get done this week?*

After a meeting with my mentors, they suggested me to make use of
AsyncHttpClient and Gson libraries from now on in the project as well as
converting the project to Gradle in order to handle dependencies. Therefore
I started reorganizing my work which is quite helpful in the long run.
Already ran some basic tests with it.

*What do you plan on doing next week?*

I aim to refine and reorganize the classes where I have to adapt them with
the AsyncHttp. Also, aim to get to about 80% of the functionality done.

*Are you blocked on anything?*

Not at the moment.
