[SoC] OSGeo user id

Hi,

I am Mayank Agrawal and I am participating in the GSoC this year with
Grass. For creating a wiki in https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/wiki/GSoC#a2016
, I need a OSGeo userid but this link
https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ldap_create_user.py for creating id is under
maintenance. Can anyone tell what can be done in this case.
