[SoC] [GSoC] Flow algorithms for pgRouting - Week 1

Hi everyone,
here is my report for the first week of GSoC:

1) What did you get done this week?

I created a working example using the sample data using an implementation
from Boost. I also started working on documentation, but that is a still a
work in progress.

2) What do you plan on doing next week?

Clean code, continue the documentation and possibly add different
implementations offered from Boost. It is also a good idea to add tests.

3) Are you blocked on anything?

No.
