[SoC] Weekly Report (Week 2) for pgRouting Project - Extension of pgRouting Contraction framework to implement Contraction By Area

Hi All Community Members,
This is Ankur Shukla. The following is the weekly report for my project for
Week 2 (June 6 - June 12):

*What did you get done this week?*
I worked upon modifying the code generated in the last week. I modified the
output parameters of the template code and the driver of the C++ code. I
also improved my understanding of the existing contraction framework with
the help of my mentor.

*What do you plan on doing next week?*
I plan to improve the code of the new function and also implement pgTap
tests in the next week.

*Are you blocked on anything?*
This week I did not face any blocking issue.
