[SoC] GSOC'17

[Simone Battaglia]

Hi Everyone,

I'm Simone Battaglia, from Italy and this is my first time in the GSoC. I
will participate with ESA-NASA WebWorldWind creating a plugin for the
framework in order to clusters big amount of markers.

I will soon create a wiki page as well.
