[SoC] Geospatial devroom - Call for Participation

Dear Students,
as you might have seen in this mailing list, there might be the possibility
for a GSoC student to access a travel grant to present his/her work at
FOSDEM Geospatial devroom 2018. The proposal of grant is currently under
discussion by the OSGeo Board of Directors, and I'll keep you posted about
the final decision. Meanwhile, remember that the deadline to submit your
abstract is 1 December. If you want to concur for the grant, you must
specify it in your abstract.
