[SoC] Travel grant to attend FOSDEM Geospatial devroom - Was: Geospatial devroom - Call for Participation

Dear former GSoC students,

I have the pleasure to announce that the OSGeo Board approved the motion
for a travel grant for a former GSoC student to present his/her work at
FOSDEM Geospatial devroom 2018. Details below on how to submit your
abstract and requesting the grant. The grant is 500USD for one student
chosen by the conveners among those who request it.
