[SoC] Week 7 Report - Gisquick platform extension

Hello everyone,
my report for week 7 is listed bellow.

*What did you get done this period?*
- Finished QGIS 3 implementation on Gisquick plugin and test it.
- Work on QGIS 3 server implementation for Gisquick.
- Work on support for QDate.
- All the work during this period is described in my Wiki page [1] .

*What do you plan for next week?*
- Fix bugs related to QGIS 3 server
- Support Qdate time format
- Support for rater time data on Gisquick platform

*Are you blocked on anything?*
- I am not blocked.
