[SoC] Week 11 Report : Making pgRoutingLayer plugin compatible with QGIS 3.0

Hi All,

Please find below the Weekly status updates of my project titled " Making
pgRoutingLayer plugin compatible with QGIS 3.0 and adding GUI support for
proposed functions" for week-11.


What did you get done this week :

1. Removed the deprecated functions.
2. Documented the code.
3. Removed relative imports ( used PEP8 styling).

What do you plan on doing next week?
1. Complete withPoints function.
2. Make changes for final delivery
